This site keeps what you send it so DJ B Velour can answer you: your name, email, phone and the details of the event you ask about (date, times, venue, guest count, notes).

To send a request you sign in with your FSIT login (or “Continue with Google” on the same page). Sign-in is run by FSIT Solutions, which looks after this site; it tells this site your name and email address, never a password. Signing in creates a My Velour account holding your name, email and phone, your requests and quotes, any payments Brittany records by hand, the messages you and Brittany exchange, and documents she shares with you such as a certificate of insurance or W-9. On a shared (planner) account, everyone on its team can see each other’s names and emails, and its owners can change roles and remove people.

Three cookies are used, all only for the site to work. djbv_s keeps you signed in for 30 days (“Sign out on every device” on your Account page ends it everywhere). djbv_oidc lasts ten minutes while you are signing in, so the site can check the sign-in really came back for you; it is cleared when you return. djbv_draft holds the details you have typed into the booking form for up to an hour so they survive the trip to sign in; it is sent only on booking pages and cleared when you send the request.

The site keeps a send log of the emails and notifications it sends: what kind it was, when, whether it was delivered or failed, and a one-way hash of the recipient address. The log does not hold the text of the message. To limit abuse, your IP address is used briefly to count how often a form is used; it is hashed and held only in the app’s memory, not written to the database.

Your Account page lets you download your data or delete your account. Deleting clears your name and phone and signs you out; DJ B Velour keeps the booking records, quotes and payments for events on the calendar, and your messages stay in those threads without your name.

There are no ads or trackers. Mix players from YouTube or SoundCloud load only after you press play.
